Self-care is the ultimate act of self-love. It is about putting yourself first, meeting your needs and recognising you deserve the time and attention you give to others. But as a woman I know it can be difficult to actually implement this. What with societal conditioning and the pressure we put on ourselves to be perfect we often end up sacrificing our peace to be the martyr. 

I'm here to help you realise self-care isn't selfish, it's self-preservation. It your birth right to look after yourself in this world and feel good.
